How to sign in

• Use Bitrix24 as the preferred method when you need Bitrix API access.
• Use Firebase for standard VIS access (without automatic Bitrix token creation).
• Local username/password is available only in emergency mode when enabled by administrators.

Bitrix API access

• Bitrix token is created after successful Bitrix OAuth login.
• Firebase login alone does not create a Bitrix token.
• Admin can import/copy Bitrix tokens in the Bitrix24 Tokens panel if needed.

Troubleshooting

• If Google popup is blocked, allow popups and try again.
• If Bitrix login fails, verify application installation and redirect URI in Bitrix24 settings.
• If login fails repeatedly, contact support and provide the approximate login time.
